This is an introductory video consultation where you can ask all your questions to our clinician directly before you choose to work with us. It is also a good option for someone who is confused about what's wrong in the first place.

This allows you a chance to get to know your clinician. This is also a good option for those who haven't found right help/specialist in your city, state or country. 

Our first session consists of a thorough 2 hours long evaluation that includes discussing your past medical history, surgeries and past treatment you received. It also includes physical examination by a license physical therapist to evaluate your problem and recommend a treatment plan accordingly. 

The main focus for this first session is to evaluate the complexity of your condition, patient education and establishing a treatment plan.

All the follow up treatment sessions are generally 1 hour long (unless your clinician recommends it differently).  It includes but is not limited to manual therapy treatment, postural education, patient education on daily habits, lifestyle changes, body anatomy and mechanics affecting your problems, strength and flexibility training exercises etc.
